Didn't say he'd win in the first place but okay. OP put him at a major disadvantage.

She prevented Simon from reading Kaldur's mind she's the best double agent and only allowed herself to be revealed by ra's al ghul where did she fail?

With just one arm? I think she might be the better fighter, but archery might go to Roy. Artemis is a badass though.

This would have been more interesting had it been Red Arrow(Roy) instead of Arsenal.
