According to my knowledge Ultraman is a stronger, but entaly weaker version of Superman. i believe Etrigan can handle him like he did Superman.

As impressive as that is, what's to stop a morals-off Ultraman from speedblitzing both of your characters? I really saw no speed feats there. Ultraman has the speed to blitz Superman, so he should have no trouble blitzing Etrigan.

And Booster's shields allow him to simply turtle up against Wonder Man's attacks while Ultraman beats Etrigan, and then the two can double-team Wondy. The forcefields are strong enough to stand up to Guy Gardner, Doomsday, and have enough magic resistance to block blasts from Trigon in his own realm. Booster has easily enough durability to stick around for quite a while.

Yes but that feat against Superman is also an example if his reaction timing. Superman seems to be moving at high speeds and Etrigan uses his strength and Superman's movement to hit him to the moon. I am assuming Ultraman is weak to magic which Etrigan us all about. Etrigan can just engulf him in hellfire making him feel Lethe pain of every son he has done. He then sends Booster Gold back in time.

Superman has enough time to shout out a whole sentence, so he can't be moving that fast. And he never speedblitzes with morals on, unlike Ultraman, as I've shown. Ultra uses all of his powers to end his enemies quickly, which is what he'll do here. How would Etrigan fare against Freezing Breath and Heat Vision? And Solomon Grundy at his best is only on par with Superman. If he can blast right through Etrigan in one punch, what will a flurry of dozens from Ultraman do? I foresee total destruction for the Demon.

He then sends Booster Gold back in time.

Booster Gold's whole shtick is that he travels through time to keep the multiverse on the right track. Sending him back in time will accomplish nothing, he'll just come back.

Also, my team would fare much better than yours if the matchups were reversed. I've posted a scan of Booster tanking magic blasts from Trigon and punches from Doomsday, so Etrigan can't really hurt him. Wonder Man, however, was KO'd by one hit from Mjolnir, so Ultraman should be able to punch him out pretty quickly. Then it's two on one, and Ultraman should be able to beat Etrigan solo. With Booster aiding him, the Demon goes down hard.

There is not much your team can do to Etrigan. Booster can not physically hurt him and any damage Ultraman does will be healed(after Etrigan took that punch from Grundy he healed almost instantly). Etrigan can also teleport so finding catching up to Etrigan will be hard for your team. If Ultraman punches through Etrigan he while be burned by hellfire which could possibly KO him. Booster Gold will be hard, Etrigan can teleport inside Booster's body. An interesting side note is that Ragman's suit gave out on him during Etrigan's battle with Shadowpact shows how much of a danger he is(note: this did not happen when Ragman helped fight Eclipso).

I think you're underestimating Booster here. He's no wimp when it comes to strength. He oneshots helicopters, lifts airplanes and submarines, throws taxis, and beat up Mammoth with absolute ease.

He may not be on the same level as Etrigan, but if Grundy is punching straight through the Demon in one hit, I think it's a little premature to say that Gold can't even do damage. And how well does Etrigan heal from decapitation or total dismemberment and destruction? Because Ultraman won't hesitate to tear him apart piece by piece and scatter him across the globe. And that's with morals on.
