I think team 1 should win.

Yat and Cyborg Supes are the weak links imo.

@boringperson: Yat took on SBP, and was more than holding his own, before lead was present; hardly a weak link...

And Cyborg Supes is no joke either...

Not too sure about it.

Yat took a prolonged beating from SBP. He hasn't shown much else, to be honest. All we really know is that he was ambiguously weaker than SBP and ended up actually losing because he gave up. (Ion should have been amping him so much that he should have been able to keep going if he really willed it.)

I personally think that Tyrant could overcome Cyborg Supes' technopathy, but that's just me. In terms of striking, I think Larfy, Amazo, and both of team 1 could 1-2 shot Cyborg Supes to harshly stun. Stun for long enough to potentially cause incap with additional shots.

I think having Ion should have overcome the plot power of lead. I mean, it's not like Yat died from the lead. His normal ring without Ion could keep him alive and fighting at 100% with lead in his system. (Daxamites don't recover from lead exposure like Kryptonians recover from Kryptonite exposure.)

It's more to do with poor damage soak and durability in comparison to basically everyone else here.

@boringperson: The comic implied that due to the lead exposure, it significantly effected Sodam Yat, giving Prime all he needed, to have a clear upper hand in Ion; otherwise it was very even IMO...

Regardless, Ion power should dwarf normal Kryptonian physicals by a very large degree, to the point where Yat shouldn't have needed those level of natural physicals to win. (The loss of Daxamite physicals shouldn't have mattered much, all it really did was deal large amounts of damage that was immediately triaged by Ion.)

Further, his Green Lantern aura was weak enough to be pierced by fuel rods... Regardless of how hard they were stabbed at him.

Even from that point, his GL aura should have stabilized him. Yat just didn't have the requisite damage soak to take a few stabs through non-vital torso organs to keep fighting.

All this talk of Yat Ion really makes me wish Hal had access to Ion even once...

@boringperson: SBP isn't a normal Kryptonian, and dwarfs regular Kryptonian's himself, and he was new to Ion...

The Lead affected him, making him much easier for Prime to defeat, and possibly his weakness to it, meant he couldn't properly defend himself, or the writers didn't acknowledge it; or it was a good way of using plot...

Yat still was able to hold his own against someone like SBP, so I don't think that makes him a weak link here, also I would like to see another lantern with it, maybe not Hal, as he gets all the lime light; but someone like John etc, however Hal would still be great to see with it...

@highaccuser: Really, Larfleeze is well above a normal Lantern, as is Sodam Yat; how does Wally beat them...

@kingant27: he can just blitz Larfleeze and snatch his ring. Yat doesn't have the means to handle Wally's versaility and operational speed. In fact he lacks showings in general.

Team 3 comes in last for me. Amazo is going to have some insane speed to deal with being that he has Flash, Superman and Wonder Woman's powerset and the latter two's strength I don't see many of his offensive powers being enough to take the other people in the battle. There are two lanterns on one team one of whom is another powerful Green Lantern and the other is a whole corps. The other team is a being who can fight Thanos and one who's amped. Add it the fact that his partner Cyborg SUperman has no rings and the most team three does to me is make this a more interesting battle, but I don't see them winning it at all.

The real battle is between teams 1 and 2 imo. It's almost a tossup for me, but I think Tyrant could possibly absorb enough of the lanterns power to fuel himself. Also his physicals are crazy as even depowered he was able to handle a groups of heralds including Silver Surfer, Morg and Beta Ray Bill and their only saving grace was Galactus IIRC. However I don't want to downplay Ion and will be honest I don't know much about the Sodam Yat version so if someone would be kind enough to make a case for him I'll definitely listen. As for now I'll stick with team 1.

I'm pretty sure a lantern is more versatile than Wally...

They all have more powers technically, but Yat never makes a point of using them. He prefers to use his physical abilities which won't so much.

@highaccuser: Isn't it a default capability, Yat has Daximite and Ion's power, that is versatility...

Not really relevant here, the point is Wally has better showings against primes than yat's.

@highaccuser: They were even, however lead meant that it didn't go on as long, also Superboy Prime was up and down, he went from handiling everyone; to losing to the Teen Titans.

The fact that they fought evenly doesn't mean they were equals. Like I said, Prime has also one-shotted Yat.

He threw him into the speed force and instilled the fear of Flash in him.
