My Vote: Silver Surfer, Superman, Captain Atom, Sinestro, Beta Ray Bill, Sentry, and Loki are the winners.

Thor would horribly lose to Wally West. Just throwing that out there. Thor isn't remotely fast enough to take on the Flash and win. Flash has a variety of tricks ranging from the Infinite Mass Punch, speed Stealing, or speed force dumping. I haven't made an arguement because my opponent hasn't, so this should more than suffice.

Even in Character Wally punches with enough force to send cars flying through the air in a 2 mile radius. On top of that Speed Stealing Thor should be a cinch. Thor doesn't hae the reaction time to beat Wally, and Wally in character Has performed well. In that catergory he's Infinite Mass Punched a white Martian.
