The fight takes place in the Sakaar arena. Rory is fighting to save Amy Pond from slavery and the Chief is fighting to save Cortana from deletion. Their weapons are makeshift swords, spears and clubs.
For those of you not familiar with Rory Williams:
Rory WIlliams was replaced by a Dalek Autons which has great strength and durability. The Rory model is more advanced, realistic and far more sophisticated than the average Auton, and their hands contained futuristic laser guns. For this match, Rory will not use his laser hands unless it is a clear stomp for Chief.
Traveling with the Doctor, he was left back in time to guard the Pandorica which contained Amy Pond. As he had been a Roman Centurion, he was accomplished at fighting with a gladius. (DW: The Pandorica Opens, A Good Man Goes to War) In two millenia guarding the Pandorica, Rory became a very effective warrior. In the attack on Demon's Run, he survived the battle with the Headless monks while two experienced soldiers, Strax and Lorna Bucket, were killed.
