The Watchmen (aside from Doc) are not supposed to have superhuman abilities. But it seems everyone in the movie version is just...wayy stronger than they should be.
I think if they were from the comics, Punisher absolutely no problem. Sorry guys, but Veidt (Peak human, sorry, there is no evidence I can recall that he was developing or using SS serum) beat the everloving crap out of Rorschach. I don't know how much of the movie's 'superpowers' were just meant to look cool.
So..Comic versions = Punisher by a mile Prep/weapons = Punisher by a hundred miles Movie H2H = Can't say for sure. Those guys sure looked marginally superpowered to me...
