I wouldent exactly label the punisher as a guy with a "Cleaner fighting style" of any sort , i mean his the punisher and will do pretty much anything to complete his objectives .

I forgot about that.I also forgot about Ozymandias throwing Comedian through that window.That wasn't any regular class.

Honestly, with the speed and power he displayed in the movie, he doesn't need much skill to win. Punisher has nowhere to run in the octagon, and Rorschach can leap to any part of the octagon he wants with minimal effort. He would box Frank in and pulverize him.

Uhh... Me, Frank, and Rorschach? Rorschach has like a 4-5 foot vertical leap in the movies. His durability is ridiculous, as seen in his fight with Adrian. His raw physical ability just eclipses Frank's. Hand to hand, Frank just couldn't cut it.
I saw Watchmen at midnight opening day and i remember seeing him only fight jobbers and the only credible guy that he fought was Ozymandias who happened to whoop his ass all over the place. Rorschach did a lot of cool things to street level goons at best. When the cops got a hold of him he held his own for a minute but then he got arrested. That's not happening to Frank. Rorssach is not in Punishers league not matter how you look at this
I saw it yesterday. Movie Rorschach is way too fast, agile, and powerful for Frank. That's the reality of the situation when you compare the movie characters.

He only lost because the cops started sitting on him. Ozymandias is just barely 1 league above Rorshach and Nite-Owl. You can't blame them for fighting a guy with tons of resources, possibly injecting himself with a super soldier serum.
