Round 1:

• Morals off
• Random encounter
• Takes place in Thea's apartment
• Weapons that can be found within Thea's apartment (swords, knives, etc. can be used)
• Starts close range

Round 2:

• H2H only
• Takes place on the streets of Starling City in the Glades late at night
• Otherwise, same conditions as above

Who wins and why?

Rorschach. He's too brutal for her, and he's got some gnarly pain tolerance.

Rorschach because he'll do what's needed to win, is resourceful, and has much more experience.

Thea bc she beat Slade, who would destroy Rorschach.

I might give Rorschach the nod in round 1, just to be nice. His showing against the SWAT team is a classic, granted he had a minute or two to think and prepare then whereas here he is already fighting, but we know the guy is good at improvising.

Now round 2, in the movie, Rorschach's best feat was taking down about four cops at once. The fact that this is H2H cripples Thea a lot since she has few H2H feats, I'm not sure if she could defeat four cops unarmed. I can picture it, but I can't prove it. However that really isn't a fair match then, if a character isn't good at H2H, don't put them in a H2H match. If Rorschach had full gear and she just had a sword, she would win.
