lol, I was thinking the same thing MJA just said lol. I'd have to learn more about Crazy Bum Monster's abilities but will be back shortly :)
It was a comic as well by image. Him and rorschach have many likenesses . Personally I think the Maxx has the strength to put him down.

The Maxx is stronger, crazier and more ferocious.I would pay out the ear to see a well written mini series of them though. Any medium will do.
