Punisher.

Rorschach is a bamf, don't get me wrong. And he's a sneaky and creative dude who can put some pain on a normal thug.

But Punisher is a guy who can hang with low level metahumans, something Rorschach proved he was incapable of doing at the end of Watchmen.

while i like rorschach more, i think the punisher would win. he's got an arseload of weapons plus military training

I already said Punisher. And I would like to see them interacting togheter, not necessarily fighting, neither killing each other...
Do you think Punisher would have done better against Mr Manhattan? Maybe against Ozymandias, but with Mr Manhattan I would see it hard for him...

If Frank had fought Ozymandias he would have won. Ozy might be able to catch one bullet but frank would unload a couple clips from his machine gun and thrown a grenade or two. But back to the fight, Frank wins.

Punisher would easily defeat Rorschach. Rorschach is a passionate fighter, but he obviously is no match for someone who had some proper training, and also the physical condition to support it.

punisher would win i am a massive fan of rorschach i love both but punisher is better at hand to hand i'm not saying rorschach isn't though MUCH LOVE FOR THE WATCHMEN AND PUNISHER WOOP

rorschach gets stomped you know punisher is better in every aspect i like them both but rorschach has no extensive fighting training other than amateur boxing from the foster home and is no where near the same level of fitness punisher is peak human.
