Rorschach:
Feats: Comic/Movie/Videogame
Equipment:
- Crowbar (on hand)
- Meat Cleaver (in trench coat)
- Grappling hook (in trench coat)
- Billy Club (on waist)
VS.
Bane:
Fight takes place on a large Gotham rooftop (it's raining). No BFR though. Who wins?
Video-game? There's a Watchmen video-game?!?
Edit: Huh, so there is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watchmen:_The_End_Is_Nigh
@marionettegeist: Yes and Rorschach gets those feats plus the ones from the movie and the comic book.
Video game Rorschach CAN FIGHT.
@wolverine08: You sure it will be that easy? This Rorschach DOES have good combat feats:
I think it's a pretty good fight
Rorschach might not be as concrete breakingly strong as Bane but he was still pretty far above human in the film, and the comic, too. He shrugged off falling out of a building, took a lot of hits from Ozymandias, beat a whole bunch f SWAT guys and wrecked average criminals. Bane was skilled in his own way, but so was Rorschach. Both used a lot of fists. Bane has the edge in strength and, technically, durability, but Rorschach has both the physical capability and the smarts to win this. Taking off the mask isn't difficult.
Or he could just shoot Bane in the face with his grapnel gun.
Rorschach rips his mask off.
No...
@frozen: I am pretty sure with his combined feats he could win.
@allstarsuperman: Movie Rorhschach is a much better combatant than his comic counterpart but still not at that level. Nite-Owl had better feats. Bane's strength was superhuman and he was flat out beating Batman both times. Batman's feats alone of taking on SWAT teams put him ahead of Rorshach.
@frozen: no. Movie Rorschach took a punch to the face that sent him flying 15 feet or so. Ozy > Bane.
@allstarsuperman: And he got caught by a punch of police. Bale did much better than that. Nobody is arguing Bane > Ozy. However Ozy flat out stomped Rorshach. Bane snaps his neck.
@frozen: I see where you are coming from which is EXACTLY why I added his video game feats. Rorschach in the video game alone could have taken those police officers out EASY that he fought in the movie. Rorschach ALSO has Superhuman strength. He can casually throw people 30 ft and rage out to make himself even tougher.
@juiceboks: Hahaha! Come on now. I'm pretty sure you haven't seen the whole Watchmen game yet. At the end he beats a guy bigger and possibly stronger than Bane WITH A FLAMETHROWER AND THUGS! I'm not saying Rorschach wins or loses. But this is definitely a good fight. This Rorschach can no longer lose to 5 thugs.
With the video game feats, Ror should take this pretty handily. Without them would be a much better fight.
Bane's durability was crazy. I see Ror hitting the mask on accident though. People need to be more open minded than just "No he loses' or "No he stomps"

Without it's not a good fight at all...he can't hurt Bane
Rorschach has gotten his ass whupped by the common thug a few times. Granted that was when he was less experienced: Before Watchmen shows him getting completely wrecked. If he can't beat Ozymandias even with Nite Owl's aid, what chance does he have against Bane?
I love Rorschach. He is, without a doubt, my favourite anti-hero, but the world he lives in is not filled with super-villains. Just clowns with masks who occasionally prove to be a threat. Not creatures such as Bane... this one being a member of the League of Assassins.
Let's see:
Rorschach's street fighting and ferocity
vs
Bane's immense strength and martial arts
This is a pretty uneven match-up for Walter Kovacs, but that doesn't mean he won't try.
I say that unless he's armed with a crowbar and a can of aerosol + a lighter, Rorshach stands little to no chance. With these items it's 40/60.
I would have to say Bane. Rorschach in the game was very slow and his moves were predictable. Comics I have no idea how skilled he is. Movie version wasn't impressive at all.
Rorschach tanked more than enough force to crack a pillar several times throughout his battle with Ozymandius.
Game feats too?!! What have Rorschach done in game? I played both games, but he didn't show anything special in cut scenes. Are you crazy? He don't have any actual in-game feats.
Now using comic feats is useless as well because movie Rorschach was superhuman, while comic Rorschach was just a guy dressed as "superhero". In comic, they all just Costumed Heroes. They are usual humans basically. Its just Zack Snyder loves to make usual people superhumans for the sake of visuals.
Bane wins.
