The Question could wreck some havok, but Rorchach won't do much. Vic has illusions that have fooled Superman, and is an expert in precision-based fighting. He can shift his energy in his body to take bullets without flinching. However, if there is one person who wil outthink the illusions, it will be Batman. he should win this in a difficult fight.
