Leaning towards team 1. Hit-Girl vs Nobu is a hard fight but I think Rorschach can beat Fisk.
There was a reason why people feared him. He's brutal, psychotic, violent,a murderer, and he honestly thinks he's doing the right thing. I remember them stating that he handled an entire manhattan riot by himself while all the other watchmen were handling other riots in teams. The movie version of Rorschach was a beast, and he bowed only to Ozy and Mmanhattan in that movie. everyone else was afraid of him. The scene where he wipes out a swat team and then gets caught by the police, is enough evidence to show that he can defeat Fisk. He was moving so fast that the swat guys couldn't raise their weapons before he took the whole team out, then he ran faster then the guy was shooting at him, jumped atleast three stories, rolled, and took out like 5-6 police officers before he finally got caught, only because the next policemen overwhelm him whilst he's finishing off the last.

Gets flung about 15 feet, landing into stone and some of it comes off, still was able to get up.
He took hits from a pseudo-meta and continued to fight, in fact he wasn't even seriously badly hurt.
The environment actually favors Rorschach and with that grapple gun (it has enough power to shoot up several stories high), I think that would be pretty handy in this situation. Kingpin isn't exactly the fastest or most agile. Rorschach could shoot him in the chest and it'd probably break several bones.
