@sinntek1: I wouldn't say that, Roran physically bested the head Urgal Kull iirc and has quite the accomplishments in warfare battling.

Correct me if I'm wrong, aren't the brothers extremely fast for their size? I can see this being the deciding factor, but I guess you're right it wouldn't be a stomp. It would actually be pretty close depending on who gets first hit.

@sinntek1: Roran was pretty fast for his size as well. Fast enough to React to the Razac before he had any training. At first glance I would say the brothers win, but Roran did many things in the books that he really had no reason to be able to do it.

Anywho Roran wins this. His feats are amazing compared to the Cleganes.

His feats are amazing next to any street leveler, not just Cleganes IMO too. I know the battle forums would probably never say he could beat comic characters as this is a comic site, and bias would leak in a little, but I think he'd have a great shot at most street levelers, where the Cleganes may not as much.

@tparks: if no long-range weapons are involved then yeah he'd have a shot against some street levelers.

@the_red_viper: Ya, I don't remember him really doing anything to avoid being hit by arrows or any other projectiles, or anything that would suggest he could do this, besides being strategically in the right position so he's never open to being shot.

@tparks: I actually remember him being nearly killed by a crossbow in "Inheritance".

Roran for the majority.

It was an enchanted ballista, IIRC.

@thevivas: a ballista would have crushed him, lol. Enchanted maybe, though I don't recall anything like that, but I'm 99% sure it was a xbow.

@the_red_viper: He had wards from Eragon at the time. That is, if we're thinking about the same instance. Lol

@thevivas: I think it was in the siege of Aroughs. Maybe in Urubean. All I remember is that the chapter ended with something like "time and memory ceased for him" or something like that.

what was the name of that general he killed in Inheritance? The one with an elundari? Been a few years since I read the book, but it's a great feat

@blackestnight93: Lord Barst. Roran crushed the Eldunri with his bare hands despite having sustained injuries that most people would either lose consciousness, or simply die from. Dude was legit superhuman.

Thanks. All I could remember is that he killed Islanzadi and kept calling Roran "Lackhammer", which I still find hilarious for some reason.
