Ronan vs Malekith

The two wielders of the Power and Soul Gems respectivly, who wins this battle of the ages for the other's Gem:

Battle takes place on a deserted planet.

@shiryu: His gem was a lot more powerful than the one Malekith had, so yeah if they both get their gems, Ronan still stomps. He much more powerful and what he was about to do at the end of movie showed that. I don't want to spoil the plot. Malekith without his gem was puny. @dagmar_merrill: My bad.

@lukehero : Malekith's gem was by no means weak, it was because Malekith had to fight Thor that he couldn't stomp anyone, he had insane regen, very powerful striking feats and could form constructs from the Aether (Power Gem).

Anyway, who do you think wins the fleet battle and all out battle?

Ronan all rounds. he isn't new movie hype he really was just that good.

@sebast_allen: Not really, Malekith was pitiful without the gem, he couldn't even beat Thor's mom. Malekith couldn't even fully control his gem. Ronan had full control of his powers & with his gem he could destroy a planet.

Ronan was WAAY tougher than Malekith. Ronan would beat Malekith like a little kid.

Ronan stomps.

Malekith was about to rewrite the entire nine realms. In comparison destroying a planet is pitiful

The power of the Bifrost can match the planet destroying feat and that's just Asgard's transporter

@lantian1: He was only about to do that because of the Convergence. The nine realms had to be perfectly aligned. He wasn't just doing it because of the Aether Gem.

Ronan Stomps. It took an infinity stone just so Malekith could stalemate Thor.

This is not a stomp by any means Malekith's feats:

-Regenerating from having his limbs taken off

-Defence so strong that a hammer strike from Thor did not harm him.

-Striking power hard enough to punch thor like 100 feet into the air

-Can create constructs from the Aether for attack and defense and even formed a Hurricane of energy from it.

Round 1: Ronan wins. His feats put him higher than Malekith's and the gem Seemed to be more powerful in the right hands.

Round 2: I'm assuming that the fleets include all of those that fought, where available to fight, and have all the firepower seen and used. That would include Kurse, who was able to slap Thor around. With that and the black hole grenades, I'd have to side with Malekith's fleet for now. Even if Ronan's fleets have Nebula and such, Kurse would easily take her down. Win goes to Malekith's fleets.

Round 3: I feel that Ronan could take down most of the fleets considering that his gem was shown to be able to kill entire races just by touching the ground of that planet. Under Ronan's control, that could be extremely deadly. Even if Malekith and Kurse survive that, Ronan would be able to take down Malekith while his army focuses on Kurse until Ronan steps in. Win goes to Ronan and his fleet for this one.

1.Without gems: Ronan - Without gem, he killed Thanos' priest that was torturing Loki. With one shot. Drax wasn't even really bothering him.

With gems: Hard one. Ronan's blast don't seem to be powerfull enough to break through effects that Malekith created. Malekith was going to destroy 9 worlds and share the effect of destroying planets to all these realms. I would give it to Malekith, since Ronan completly forgot about defending the Universal Weapon, while Malekith seem pretty covered. Also, Ronan didn't had to fight with anyone even close to Thor.

2.Dark Elves. Their ships were maneuvering better than Kree's or Nova's. I don't see the difference in fire power. Ronan's Flag ship didn't show anything special. Sooner or later, DE will destroy it. Rocket needed one bigger space-ship to seriously damage it.

3.Depends on tactic. If Ronan will be able to use his powers in way he did against Novas, then I see him winning it. Malekith didn't show such an ability.
