What??? Aquaman would put his fist through this dude. Aquaman can lift damn near 200,000 tons. Ronan rock's 80 tons at most. Aquaman is 2000 times stronger than this bamma.

With the universal weapons, of course Ronan will win

@myerlanski: People always mention him lifting the cruise ship, but what else has he done strength wise in the New 52? Some people could chalk that up as WIS since there isn't much consistency at that strength level. At that strength, one punch should slaughter Black Manta or Ocean Master, but it doesn't.

@myerlanski Aquaman can't stop Ronan from BFR'ing him to space or the Negative Zone. He can also stop Aquaman by leaving him in a field of Absolute Zero or he could manipulate his Molecules. And he can do this while remaining invisible.

@dondave: Do you think Aquaman is durable enough to tank a hammer strike to the face? Just curious.

I'm just saying....how many times he has to pick up a cruise ship. He's knocked superman of his bottom with one punch. Lifted building's and such. He has many feats that back up his strength level is considerable. Go to the respect thread and you will get all the scans you need that shows he demonstrates great strength feats. Besides the new 52 is still growing. I'm sure in the future there will he more stories that show case his strength.

As far as why he doesn't put his fist through others often is the same reason Hulk hasn't put his fist through half of the guys he fights. Or Superman for that matter. Superman picks up the weight of the planet. I'm sure Superman, Hulk, and Aquaman are more than capable of putting their fist through over half of their opponents they face.

Ronan due to versatility and overall betterness, his wife is hotter too.

No,dude. Aquaman is awesome..at least,that's my opinion. But he is out of his league,here.

Ronan can arguably give Thor a run for his money.

I am not sure if I would put him at GL level EXACTLY,but he is A LOT closer there than he is to Aquaman.

Basically,he is far more powerful than Aquaman (not even counting his beta weapon).

It's like putting Batman up against Midnighter. Or Batman up against Spider-man.

They just aren't in the same tier.

I would put Ronan at significantly above Aquaman's level. Maybe not on par with a Green Lantern but at least close. There's a reason he was on the Annhilators.

I would give Aquaman tridents props but it has yet to be fully established in the new 52 besides its incredible ability to pierce Darksied. Does it still control weather and lightning?

I can't lie Ronan seems to have the advanced cosmic ancient alien technological advantages over the King of the Sea. On a physical level....Aquaman.

I don't regularly keep up with Aquaman, but he has no counter for the tech Ronan is carrying.

Actually,Ronan is part of the Kree Accuser corps IIRC (in fact,I think he is the leader). In my personal opinion,he should be more skilled.

BUT that's just my opinion. Aquaman is the king of Atlantis,and I've seen him break Black Manta's hands in combat and such

Ronan is wayyyy too verstile for a phyical fighter like aquaman. He could easily turn him into a bomb, trap him in a status field, strap him to a black hole, nullify his gravity or BFR him.

Since when can ronan generate absolute zero? I thought that was just cold and icemans thing.
