Ronan the Accuser vs Adam Warlock

I could not find an existing thread involving these two, so I thought I'd make one.

Ronan the Accuser vs Adam Warlock. Two characters people are familiar with, but may not be aware of all their feats. There's a very good respect thread for Ronan here. And @killemall created one of the most detailed and complete respect threads that I have ever seen for Adam Warlock here.

VS

Round One:

• Both in character
• Ronan has his universal hammer
• No soul gem for Adam
• No BFR
• Win by KO, Incap, or death.

Round Two:

• Blood lusted Ronan (also has his hammer)
• Adam has the soul gem, but is not blood lusted
• Win by Death

Location:

• Earth 616 and can extend into space if needed.

Who wins?

Warlock both rounds. As much of a plot device as Ronan's Universal Weapon can be, Adam Warlock is a walking plot device because of his magic.

Second Warlock a gem is too much power.

If this is the Adam depicted in the picture, then he takes both rounds, the second with training wheels. Adam get's stronger each time he emerges from his cocoon, of which he has done twice since his original emergence (where he was able to slug it out with Thor as "Him" already). After awakening prematurely from his cocoon (weakened), he was still able to take on Ultron and his lackeys (made out of Vibranium mind you) and do some major damage to their structures.

Now throw in his fine-tuned magic abilities that he had gained after slowly gaining his powers, this is a beat down.

@sophia89: Yeah but Surfer jobs a lot and Warlock do too, and people here think that he can't even beat Supergirl or Aquaman, and isn't Warlock amped or something?

I made this thread prior to the release of "Thanos: The Infinity Revelation" in which Warlock has his "one-shotting Silver Surfer" feat. So at the time, it really wasn't a stomp and there wasn't as much lowballing.

Ronan has round one easily but round two might go to Adam
