Never heard of this guy. What feats puts him on Roland's Caliber and Skill?

Well, I love them both. But I have to say that Shannow would win this one. Yes Roland has both hands but Shannow has that something, his quick draw with his good old guns and his mind clear he would certainly get the first shot in before Roland can even speak hail the campfire. Shannow is quick, too quick.
