Captain Cold will just freeze Juggs solid. If it can slow down the fastest thing in comics, Cap's Cold Gun will stop the Juggernaut. Without Juggs, the Thunderbolts go down hard to Mirror Master and Weather Wizard. The Rogues are the best supervillain team in DC/Marvel. They have quite a bit of power but also are rarely in jail. It helps that they were trained by fighting the Flash, one of the most OP superheroes in existence. Thunderbolts don't stand a chance.

Though I've only been reading Thunderbolts from issue #150 onward...I am pretty sure Juggernaut regained some of the powers Cyttorak took away as punishment for not using the powers of Captain Universe for evil after Cyttorak apparently "got over it" off-panel. From what I've seen in the latest issues (and the preview for next weeks issue) Juggernaut does not need to breathe anymore while underwater and other places that lack air (such as the bottom of a massive pile of rubble) and no longer gets exhausted when gaining momentum for his famous unstoppable charge attacks, even the super-accelerated one that Songbird helped him perform when he collided with a giant Lobster creature that was heading for Japan as seen below:

Nothing can stop The Juggernaut...especially when Songbird makes him as fast as a "slow-moving" Flash.

One might say that The Rogues will win because Mirror Master can simply trap them all in a mirror, but unless you have all forgotten Man-Thing always rolls with The T-Bolts and his teleportation abilities are far superior to those of Mirror Master. He could easily free The T-Bolts from imprisonment (especially if Moonstone asks him to) and send Mirror Master to a world he'll never escape from. This leaves the remaining Rogues easy prey for The T-Bolts. That being said...T-Bolts FTW!

The Juggernaut is currently stoppable and hurtable. The whole "nothing can stop the Juggernaut" thing only applies to classic Juggernaut. There's no reason he should be able to run through a cold field.

Also, Captain Boomerang has killed "slow moving" Flashes and that was before his power up. These guys (except maybe Trickster) are all better than Boomerang at hitting Flashes.

Man Thing's teleportation is not more powerful than Mirror Master's because Mirror Master is not a teleporter at all. He's a dimension traveler, which means he can be in two different dimensions and once or attack you from outside the dimension you are in. He's far more powerful than Man Thing, as are all the Rogues. Nobody is gonna be scared of the big green guy after facing off against the Reverse Flashes, who have been known to sonically abort pregnancies and vibrate hands through people's skulls. Even with his burning power, Man Thing's never going to get within arms reach of any of the Rogues.

Man-Thing can quickly teleport them out of it. How is Weather Wizard going to make Ghost tangible?

Because Weather Wizard can control magnetic substorms, Mirror Master has illusions and dimension travel, Cold has his absolute zero fields, etc.

These guys make a living out of avoiding a guy who moves at the speed of light and his buddies who also move at damn near the speed of light. Ghost isn't going to cause them problem.s

Heat Wave was knocked out in a hand to hand fight with Crossbones,but could not keep up with Tricksters' tricks(pun intended). Songbird was dealing with Mirror Master,shattering his mirrors, but Weather Wizard shocked her with a bolt of lightning.

Ghost was taken down by an EMP courtesy of Weather Wizard. Moonstone used her gravity powers to disorientate most of the Rogues,but since Weather Wizard could fly,he easily defeated her with the powers of the elements.

"Wimps,"chuckled Top,smashing in Juggernaut's frozen body, shattering pieces of him everywhere.

(Did I do a good job?)
