Rogue from Marvel Comics takes on Carter Hall AKA Hawkman from DC Comics! Prep for both and morals apply, and the fight takes place in the air. High in it. It goes on until one is put outta action. Rogue has her Ms. Marvel powers and standard mutant powers, though not any Sunfire powers or anything like that, and Hawkman has his mace and all his powers and skills, though not the Claw Of Horus. So, who will win? The mutant or the bird?

With prep, Rogue could just copy Rachel's TP/TK, Cannonball's blast field, Iceman's powers, etc to secure the win. It should be a stomp.
