Rogue vs. Wonder Woman/Supergirl

Rogue's Power Set:

Durability: Superman

Strength: Spider-Woman

Speed: Quicksilver

Psionic: Hellion/Vulcan

Fighting Abilities: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Deathstroke/Deadshot

Rules and Regulations

• Current versions of the characters meaning New 52 and Marvel Now. Standard Gear.
• Random encounter.
• Combatants are in character meaning no blood lust or super deadly attacks right off the bat like Wonder Woman taking off her bracelets or Supergirl speed blitzing to win unless it becomes a dire situation.
• Knockout, incapacitation or death all count as elimination.
• They're fighting in a generic downtown city setting. It's unpopulated, at daytime. They start roughly 25 feet apart and visible. There's a fair amount of cover between them (parked vehicles, bus stops and such). The entire city region is on limits.
• Rogue can't use her siphoning powers on them. She has to fight with what she has currently. But she has had extensive training with her whole power set and has nearly master them.

Going with the Team

Rogue with Vulcan's power can just turn off team 2's brains.

Does Rogue have experience with these powers?

why do i feel like this is a spite?

Cause it is.

Rogue may not be fast enough or strong enough to contend whit these two but she could use Hellion's TK and Vulcan's energy manipulation to cause some major damage. With her durability she will be able to last longer and figure out a way to KO them, with her fighting skills or some precision energy blasts or TK to the face or do all of that at the same time,

I believe Supergirl has speed blitzed in character and Wonder Woman doesn't need to take off her bracelets to hurt Superman. I don't see Rogue winning this.

I'm sorry why are you taking away Rogues powers its completely stupid. Even if you dont let her absorb their powers the moment they touch her they will lose consciousness even for a brief second giving rogue an upper hand

Team

Rouge threads are by principle lame, team wins cus half of these abilities she's NEVER used and won't know how to use fully. Giving Rouge random powers so she can be in battles she has no business being in is a worse idea than "beat my character" threads

This is a thinly-veiled beat my character thread, should be locked.

Essentially.

Giving it to Team if Rogue doesn't have power absorption ability.

It's very very close

Why does no one read the OP? The thread creator stated that Rogue has extensive training with her power set and has nearly mastered them.

So the question of her being experienced with said powers is moot.

She's nowhere near as fast or strong as the team and her durability can be overcome. She loses each and every time.

Team wins due to Rogue's lack of strength.

Two outcomes:

A) Rogue is as good as some think and she just tp ko's the team

B) Either one of the team punches Rogue in the face and knocks her out.

@outside_85: I totally agree Rogue is not as strong or fast as either one of these women and she could get knocked out or incapacitated by them. But their is a chance she could pull a win with the only thing she has going for her is her energy based powers, her TK and energy manipulation.

Rogue has been through a lot and has gone out on top like during Dark Reign when she had to face fake Ms. Marvel she took a beating from her and kept on going. Or when she had to face Ares and found the strength to contend with him not just by using her powers but by not giving up. I know she hasn't had much experience with some of these powers but she has had them in the past, for example, she has siphoned Psylocke TK abilities during Necrosha and has had Sunfire powers for a long time and Ms. Marvel.

As well as in one X-men Legacy book she took Cannonball's powers for the first time and used them better then he had just because her ability gives her some insight on how to use the persons abilities, also she has experience with taking more powers then just one when she fought Bastion in Second Coming and when she took the powers of the school children when they were being attacked by predator X. So Rogue may not be able to win this battle but it is not spite in my opinion and she probably could take one of these great women down with her, I mean as we have seen she not beyond killing someone if the need arises.

it's not close at all,spiderwoman strength?,she is a 7 tonner,so she can take damage with superman durability but can't hurt them because she is only a 7 tonner,quicksilver speed?,supergirl and WW are both much faster than him.
