Rogue beat Thor pretty easily before. She can do it again depending on the circumstances of the battle.
If you are talking about the scan above, it honestly doesn't look like Thor going to fight back. But if there is more to the scan where Rogue beats him it's serious PIS.

Choose two mutant, inhuman or human powered individuals for Rogue to absorb their powers.
Rules: 1. Characters cannot be highly Omega level mutants, Rogue most likely can't support that much power. Example, no Franklin Richards, Beyonder, etc. 2. Restrictions are to Human powered individuals. No magic, possessions, etc.
