the problem with this fight is rogue has to get up close to do damage. and jessica has a full body costume the only spot open is her mouth. and jessica can take out rogue from a distance with a venom blast.

Jessica should take this handily. Rogue's only chance is for Spider Woman to get up close, and be unaware of Rogue's powers, so that she could touch her, and even then it's a slim shot.
