Round 1: Morals on

Round 2: Morals off, to the death

Rogue has her Ms. Marvel powers.

Fight takes place at a river bank:

Namor is chasing Rogue away from the river bank. Blitz included. Rogue gets 10 second head start then Namor comes out of the river.

R1 I say Namor beats her down before she thinks to resort to power drain

R2 Rogue power drains from the getgo and sucks fishboy dry

In/near water, Namor takes BOTH Rounds! Away from water, if fully hydrated, same thing. Namor's strength is in the 1,000's of tons! Oil Tankers, Naval ships, ect. he throws like paper airplanes! Ms. Marvel/Rogue's, not even close!
