Rogue Vs Batman and Nightwing

In character, Rogue is tasked with taking them 2 down for some reason.

She has a week prep and the fight takes place in an alleyway

Batman and Night get no prep, but have the usual stuff on them.

If this is a stomp either-way , I will change it.

Rogue stomps

Does Rogue get any intel or knowledge on her opponents as a part of her prep? Does her prep entail arming herself in anyway? I think she only has a chance if she knows how dangerous and deadly and competent both characters are and if she has someway of distracting them. I don't think she can sneak up on them, she might be able to bluff skin contact, but thats a bit risky. Especially given how covered up Batman and Nightwing are. I am assuming this is current no powers beside absorption Rogue? Since I was always iffy on the whole picture rule.

No powers unless she touches them, and she gets abilities like usual etc..

I think she can do it then, I mean as long as she realizes that these aren't your typical humans and that Batman could be comparable to Captain America (serves on the Justice League alongside god like characters but still pulls his weight, and can take down very powerful and stronger villains) so she basically has to take her gloves off from the start and actually manage to tag them. So any weapon or device that can help her there, stun grenades, etc to give her a window of time to get in touch and drop both. If she underestimates either character and rushes in though could prove her undoing.
