Hey there I don't know if this is acceptable or not but it just came through my mind. Who would win between

Roger Jr. (Tekken6)

and Roo (Street of Rage)

(a beat 'em up game by SEGA in the 90's)

If you take the cutscenes and gameplay feats in tekken then i suppose ya.

But hes done nothing in cutscenes

then just gameplay. I dont think roo has any cutscenes either
