Standard boxing match (Should cover the rules), Battle takes place In Philadelphia, Rocky get's a montage prep.

Batman would one shot Rockey. 

If Rocky gets time for a training montage and Batman follow the rules w/ no nerve strike, Rocky could stand a chance.

Batman wins fairly easy.

If they can only use boxing skills and Rocky can train for a while he has a shot.

@Bucketz: well I'd rank an elite professional boxer in his prime as a peak human, especially one who defeated Ivan Drago   Bruce Wayne isn't a boxer, whereas boxing is Rocky's career...if Wayne is allowed to use whatever techniques he wanted to, of course he'd stomp Rocky, but in the boxing ring I think Rocky has the advantage

Rocky is no peak human because he is in his prime and defeated Ivan Drago (Batman would also beat teh crap out of him as well).  Let me rephrase this: Batman outclasses Rocky in every possible way (strength, speed, agility, fighting ability, senses, reflexes etc.), Batman knows how to box, it doesn't matter if it is Rocky's profession because Rocky is outclasses. This is like putting Georges St. Pierre vs Batman in a MMA fight. MMA is Georges St. Pierre's profession but that doesn't mean he will come close to beating batman.

Horribly uneven battle. Batman could probably rock all 6 versions of Rocky at once.

Drago is a steroid induced monster, Batman is not stronger than Drago or is more durable than him.  Batman is trained by himself to be the ultimate crimefighter, Drago is trained by a group of scientist to be the ultimate boxer. In the boxing ring Drago would beat Batman. Rock have managed to beat Dragon, give him time to train to accommodated Batman's speed and reflex, he could beat Batman.

1. If he was peak human he would have easily beaten Rocky, the fight wouldn't have lasted to round 3.  2. Batman can bend steel bars with his hands and you said Drago was stronger????? Drago couldn't bend steel bars pumped up on the highest dosage of steroids.  3. You can't become peak human on steroids.  4. Batman has dodged bullets. If a gun was fired at Drago he would die and have pretty much 1% chance of dodging.  5. Just because Drago is more experienced in boxing (which I don't really agree with) doesn't mean that he can beat Batman in a boxing match. Again, Batman outclasses these people. I would love to see Drago or Rocky try to fight Bane or Deathstroke lol, they would get wrecked.

There is not a single person in the entire world who can beat Batman in a fight, he isn't bound by reality.

Rocky is someone bound by realism, Batman isn't.  Batman can kick down steel doors and punch bazooka proof glass.  What do you think is going to happen when he hits Rocky?  He'll pretty much one shot Stallone.

Rocky would have his red, white and blue shorts beaten off of him. Batman was trained by TED FRIGGIN' WILDCAT GRANT!!!! The greatest boxer of all time and Batman has even surpassed him in terms of boxing skill. Both Bruce or Ted could beat Rocky and all of his rivals with just one punch.
