i think Rockslides power was shown when he went up against World War Hulk. i thought that was pretty cool

@serrure: he lasted about 5 seconds and had his limbs torn off, how is that a good display of power?

as opposed to Ben Grimm who was one shotted? or Colossus who was forced into submission i dont think he even landed a punch?

Ben Grimm hit hulk twice (granted the punches didn't do much) and was one shootted afterwards.

Colossus, well he did bad. Hulk was playing with him untill he broke his arms.

As for rockslide, he threw a punch, missed and then hulk tore his arms off and kicked him to the floor with zero effort. Not to mention he was holding back more against the first wave of x-men because they were mostly kids.

Even if he did have strength comparable to luke cage he isnt nearly as durable or as experienced of a fighter. Id give it to luke

@hyperlight: given that he supported a collapsed building when the New X-men attacked Nimrod, id place his strength pretty equal even though by that feat he dwarfs Cage.

Just saying Rockslide did better than most even against Hulk holding back.

@serrure: Again, how did he do better? Because he got a hit on Hulk twice while Banner was simultaneously being attacked Dusk, Mercury, Surge, Hellion, and X-23? As pointed out, Santo was taken out in a page and a half when he had a 1 on 1 encounter. He literally missed the punch, and had his arms ripped off. How did he fair better than any of the new mutants? Surge, Beast, X-23, and Mercury all lasted longer.

@god_spawn: hulk wasn't even fighting back when he got those hits off. He was counting down to one for beast to call the x-men off and as soon as he got to one he knocked them all off with a single punch.

@serrure: pretty much everyone who fought hulk drew blood from him, even she hulk did it. It's not a great accomplishment for Ben to do that, it didn't really affect hulk in the slightest.

And no, he didn't. He was treated quite literally as a child. Hulk wasn't even trying when he was fighting most of the x-men. He was literally just making remarks about them and dealing with most if them in non lethal ways (Some May seem lethal but it was later revealed that he was pulling his punches during the whole event so as not it hurt anyone).

If I'm honest rockslide was one of the worst x-men against world war hulk, x-23, beast,surge, mercury, wolverine, cyclops, kitty pryde and juggernaut all did better.

There was only one or two x-men that weren't treated like complete cannon fodder.
