I fail to understand why your opinion about a character slot in a video game makes Rocket Raccoon "suck". There have been plenty of bizarre characters picked for the game, and after actually playing the game, the majority felt that the "bizarre" choices were actually refreshing and made a broad statement that Capcom wanted to branch out and explore new elements of a classic concept.
