Iron Man wins this pretty easily. With bloodlust, he'd just go around shooting rockets at them. Or he'd repulsor them to death. Maybe give Rocket some prep

Rocket Raccoon with 5 minutes prep easily solos him, we've seem how bad Iron Man is against that kind of advanced weaponry from his time with the Guardians of the Galaxy, his armour is too primitive to endure a fight against a big gun from Rocket. Rocket tagged spaceships going into hyperspace, even Tony will be a slow target to him.

Now Rocket solos.

Spiderman has punched ironman so hard, some of his armor came off. It wont be easy.

Rocket won't need prep to beat Iron man in his old armor. Its been debated many times over at Battle forum with the furry Guardian coming on top.

Against Tony's latest silvery grey one Rocket might need some prep. to figure out where to hit for max. effect since it seems a lot better & and advanced than any of IM's previous ones.

With Spidey they absolutely stomp Iron man even when Rocket leaves his fleet-slayer and city-buster weapons back home.

Rocket with prep can be a starship smasher. Team wins with prep. Without prep Tony wins. All Rocket has to do is build a weapon for Spidey to attach to his web shooters. Possibly an emp webbing or a bio electric webbing. He could definitely tag Iron Man with it.
