Both in character, start 50ft apart, battle takes place in Loguetown. No knowledge of each other. Win by death or KO.

Round 3 - Same as Round 2 except no Haki and no Gates.

Lee: Fighter specializing in physical hits.

Luffy: Fighter nearly immune to physical hits.

can lee with gates win ? or lee with no weights plus gates although luffy has been shown to be immune to physical hits

Luffy is really resistant to physical attacks. Lee's punches may be fast and powerful but It won't be enough to put down luffy.

Unless Lee uses his kunai, the kunai could hurt Luffy. Without a doubt Lee is faster than Luffy. But I only seen him use a Kunai like once against Gaara in Part One. But that's a possibility.

Plus Lees intail attack wouldnt be Kunai. He would kneo Luffys anatomy.
