This is correct. I am going to need a definition of "powers" since technically, neither of them use them. All of their tools and feats come from natural abilities that they trained to obtain.
if i'm not mistaken goku knows many, many different types of martial arts and hes a master at all of them so yeah. And i have to agree with the others here what does the op mean by no powers. Goku has super strength without using ki/chi.
Goku. His strength is natural as well as his durability and speed. Its like trying to take a cheetas speed away if it had to race the fastest human in the world. Its just a way to try and even the race when it shouldnt be. Also, Goku knows many types of fighting styles but Im pretty sure hes only mastered a few. Either way he takes it. Also the only techniques he wont be able to do are IT and fusion. I think Spirit bomb and Kameha wave counts too
@Red_Blade: Goku fights fairly well in Dragon Ball. He doesnt really use his martial arts in DBZ , but he has trained with roshi , Grandpa Gohan , and Kami in comparison to Lee's training with Gai.
