Rock Lee. Even without opening the gates, he is still fast as hell. Remember he wears like heavy gear that slows him, and way he takes it off, the human eye can't follow him.
Lee isnt faster he cant dodge bullets and once sasuke got a full hold on his sharingan he would wipe the floor with lee and she can overwhelm him with her gadgets

What ? Have you seen Rock Lee move on the show ? He moves far quicker than Cassie does and his strength is insane as well..

Beating up a weak incarnation of Superboy isnt that impressive. It doesnt even look like Superboy was using his Super Speed here... Rock Lee is much quicker than what is being shown here...

he went toe to toe with Garra bec he went super or w.e. i dont watch every single episode and this is just a regular rock lee with no enhancements versus a batgirl he can match him in speed and strength and has many gadgets... she wins
plus lee isnt durable he just has the spirit to keep going once he is hurt

....That has to be the most idiotic thing i've ever heard. You do realize that he also knows martial arts right? The same thing as bats...this isn't even funny anymore. Rock Lee wins so easy it would be funny to watch but you guys are really pushing it.

didnt I say that they are even in the h2h area I know he knows karate but everytime I've seen him fight before shippudden without a power enhancement he takes a beating sasuke being the exception
and he bleeds like any other human so how would he be so incredibly durable??
