As I recall, in the books Jon's supposed to be better with the sword, and Robb better with the lance. If you're going movie versions it would depend on the 'when' of it. Early on i'd say Robb, if only because Jon flat say's Rob was better at him at everything. Later though, Jon has some pretty impressive fighting feats and has improved to the point where it's probably not even close. Plus he's got the Valaryian steel which is pretty nice advantage. I don't want to downplay Robb, but he's more of a commander and tactician than a h2h fighter.
Also have to bump this. I'm interested to see someone come on here who's better at this than me and take up the Stark side of this. I'v tried before and failed, but i'm curious to see what people bring up... if they thought of things I didn't.
@schillenger420: You pretty much covered all the bases. Its stated in the books that Jon is better, heck Rob and Joffrey are of roughly equivalent skill with a sword. Jon has Longclaw, which is a nice advantage, as well as having way better feats (well, Rob has none so :/ ). Jon has killed more people on screen than any other character in the show. Even if you gave them their respective wolve (Jon + Ghost and Robb + Grey Wind) Jon wins. Ghost is the largest of all the wolves and the quietest. A better question is maybe which is the better commander, though Jon hasn't really had a chance to show his skills in the show.
Jon is hardened by spending most days in the yard training with some of the most savage fighters in the 7 kingdoms & has far more combat experience against the Wildlings. While Rob spends his days before his death delegating & doing his kingly duties. Iron sharpens iron. To be a great swordsman you need to training almost everyday. Jons the more trained fighter.
Now it's said by Jon that's he's faster & better with a sword but Rob is stronger & better with a lance. Jons the better swordsman.
Jon has Longclaw which is Valyrian Steel & Rob has a regular (though well made undoubtedly) castle forged steel sword. Jons got better gear.

Show wise Robb is better at everything compared to Jon
If it's Season 7 Jon VS. Season 3 Robb, Jon would win handily. If it's Season 3 Snow VS. Season 3 Stark, Robb would win relatively easily. The battle between Robb Stark and Jon Snow always depends on the time and the series.
if it was season 3 robb vs season 3 jon id give it to robb; jon even says that robb stark was better at everything, but season 7 Jon snow is a much accomplished fighters having gone through a couple of battles and fighting white walkers and the undead gives him a clear edge in this fight. jon snow after a short struggle from season 3 robb wins
To be fair to Robb, Jon even said Robb was always better than him even at sword fighting, but I think it's fair to say Jon can beat Robb after everything he's been through.
jon was already a better swordsman at the beggining of the books , it is even stated he was better with sword , rob was better with lance ... by the time of season 7 jon would win even easily in a sword fight as he got a lot better ...
