i think toon force is only applicable in the toon world (Micheal Jordan used toon force once), unless you have a magic item like the mask.... outside toon world, road runner is just a bird. so match goes to flash

coyote couldnt catch him because he is real unlucky and the physics is different in the toon world. he tried sawing off the cliff and the whole mountain dropped instead. but he always managed to trick the roadrunner everytime, like placing bird seeds on the ground but his plans always backfire on him

I would say that Flash straight up kills Roadrunner but Roadrunner can't die do to toon force so Wally would just keep on beating the crap out of him until he gives up like every toon does. Toon Force and luck only gets you so far, just because he can beat Wile E. doesn't mean he can Wally :D

@kcaz: Um, the toons still had the toon force outside of the toon world. In the movie, Bugs and Daffy Duck were able to slither under the golf field's grass and Daffy came out of the dog attack completely unscratched.
