The thing is you don't know how good Mandarin is. Don't you think he could beat any of those people in h2h combat? Mandarin hasn't fought any of them and is still counted as one of the top. His son is even higher then him in the rankings. Mandarin would pwn cap. Would Captain America even be able to hit him?"

Are you f#ckin kidding me? Would Cap be able to hit him? With no rings? Yes! Cap beat a Kree Warrior with enhance abilities like a super soldier with no shield.Cap has beaten people without his SHIELD that is why he is one of the best fighters in Marvel....."

The Mandarin would win, of course. Cap can't even hurt him. His Chi-amped durability is waayyy too high. Cap punches Mandarin, nothing happens. Mandarin punches Cap, and Cap is spalltered goo all over the wall.
