I'm going to say Rikku, just since I used her alot in FFX (Not that load of fluff X2, never even played it). She's fast and could steal the keyblade from Riku. Oh, and I think she wins for attractive female, too.

I still think Riku, because he was definitely kickin ass at the end of KH2. He defeated the Xemnas, Leader of the Nobodies, and Rikku couldn't stand up to Xemnas.
