Ridley's clone has dodged near-point blank plasma shots, and Ridley has also IIRC competed with space ships, so I doubt Iron Man would blitz, though he's probably faster and has better reaction feats.
Ridley's superiority/comparability to Samus, a character who has lifted a massive struggling lava whale out of a pool of lava, in physical strength lets him compete with Iron Man as well. To be honest, I think the ridiculous gravity figures aren't a legitimate feature of Tallon IV and Zebes, so I'm discounting those.
Ridley's fire breath has blown apart a rock face and one-shotted bridges, but Iron Man's nuke-resisting feats should let him tank Ridley's fire breath well.
Ridley probably wouldn't be frozen, unlike what a previous image suggested, given that Samus's ice beam, capable of freezing lava golems and creatures that are on fire even when submerged under magma, could not freeze him.
Still, Iron Man's weapons can hurt Ridley, and given that he's also faster and more durable, he should win 10/10.
