Rick Grimes vs. Bullseye - Battles

Bullseye has just been hired to kill Lori and Carl (all before the zombies) so that rick will leave the police force. Rick becomes enraged and loads himself with many weapons so he can kill Bullseye. Rick has 3 hours of prep and bullseye has none. who wins?

Bullseye stomps. I like the Walking Dead but none of them can stand up to a DC/Marvel street leveler like Bullseye.
