Rules:
Blade is limited to only his melee based arsenal of weapons, for the sake of the fight, his guns are not allowed.
This fight will consist of 2 rounds,
Round 1:
Blade is restricted to swords and daggers.
Richter is restricted to the Vampire Killer's standard black leather whip form, daggers, and the rebound stone.

Round 2:
Blade is allowed a full armory, excluding firearms or various explosives of the short. (ex: stronger than a grenade) To compensate for the lack of guns, his armory is equipped with various magical weapons, all from SotN (except for either the Crisaegrimm, or Muramasa.)
Richter is allowed to utilize the Vampire Killer in its morning star form along with, holy water, cross, and agunea. He is also allowed to utilize the power of the Vampire Killer at its fullest if needed, allowing for the flame enchantment on his being and whip. He is also allowed to utilize his Item Crash ability if needed.

Both combatants are at their prime.
