A week of time for both to create a super machine that can make both a entertaining battle and actually defeat the other one. Who makes the more entertaining machine and who's machine wins. Which one wins overall, example. I personally think Reed can win the match, but with such a dull and boring machine, that i give the team the overal win.

I think you mean Reed Richards, Richard Reed is the name of a serial killer I believe and aside from that Doofenshmertz would defeat himself Phineas and Ferb would definitely make the most entertaining machine but Reed would build something that would vaporize it before their mom got home
