Richard Dragon v Toad

Battle takes place in a small deserted town.
Richard & Toad start at either end of the main street Dawn.. (aprox 500 yards apart)
Richard has full info on Toad,so knows wot hes up against.Richard has his Sword for this encounter.
Toad is only in town because hes passing threw & has no idea Richard is at the top of the street..
Who Wins?

This is actually really tough.
 
Richard Dragon is the clear better fighter, but will he be able to react to the already extremely fast toad who has his ability to blow him back and his acidic spit?

@geraldthesloth.Agree thats why i set this scenario with RD having info on Toad..Should at least give him some sense not to take Toad head on at the start of the fight..But Toad being Toad it will be in his nature not to ignore the guy at the end of the street with the long sword :-)..So imo it could be a kind of cat & mouse game to start with Toad chasing RD into some house or the like..

Being Toad's primary supporter on these boards, I feel obligated to give my opinion here. However, I'm really not sure which way it would go. I'm not altogether familiar with Richard Dragon, and do not feel qualified to give a firm opinion either for or against him here.

@Power NeXus..Im a Toad supporter too :-) RD is a very skilled H2H fighter & master with a Blade too..Should check out his Bio makes a good read :-)..Hes been up against nearly all the best DC Martial Artists..

The way I see it, Richard Dragon's best (perhaps only) chance is using whatever stealth skills he has to sneak into close quarters and end it before Toad can react. If the fight is completely straight-up, Toad has huge advantages in distance attacking (tongue, pheromones, various spit attacks), manuverability (jumping and wall-crawling) and raw physical stats.

Knowledge isn't everything, Toad's got some big physical advantages on Richard.  "

I'm sure Toad can actually win this now.

As long as Toad has a chance to recognize Richard for what he is, and realizes where his advantages lie, I don't think he'll have a whole lot of a problem.

Toad is not better than Spideman yet Spidey gets his @$$ handed to him by martial artists all the time
