The guy stopped an earthquake that was destroying a city, reversed it, closed up the fissure the earthquake caused, destroyed the machine used to start the earthquake and took out the villain that was controlling it... ALL BY SIMPLY STOMPING THE GROUND.

karate chops a diamond to shatter it

karate punches through the shell of a thirtieth century tank that tanked energy blasts that level city blocks
