Colossus would absolutely destroy Rhino. Ultimate Colossus has retrieved a stranded nuclear submarine from the bottom of the ocean, has fought off Magneto's control over his metallic body, and is immune or extremely resistant to Wolverine's adamantium claws. He can also lift 100 tons or more. Rhino is just a b-list strong-man in a stupid outfit who is routinely beaten by Spider-Man.
