Most Current versions of both characters. NO prep. To the KO, BFR, or even... DEATH! Takes place inside a large mall, in NYC. Who takes it?

Spider-Man has been known to hurt Rhino with punches if he doesn't hold back. I believe that Jenkins has enough firepower in his suit to achieve the same effect. And as long as Jenkins stays airborne, there's really nothing Rhino can do to hurt him.
