Your probably right that he can't jump as far as Hulk. But I really don't see that as a problem seeing he can ask Cyttorak to take him anywhere. Though I don't know if he can always do that seeing I only remeber it in WWH.

For the strongest Hulk, he didn't do any better against Juggernaut than his earlier versions. Did worst in my opinion. It would be hard to state which Hulk is strongest, since it depends on his level of rage. Who is to say the the one that beat Onslaught wasn't at his height of rage.? Or the mindless one who beat Hercules, Ironman, Wonderman and Namor at the same time?
The only person who stated that WWHulk was the strongest was Doc Strange when he said that he's never been madder. And that means what?
