As far as i've seen which is most of the way through season ten barry is around supes level of speed maybe faster so reverse flash should be faster. If reverse flashes vibration can kill clark he may win but if not he really has no way to win. This also doesn't take into account flying.

Well Barry did go back in time.

Clark ran from Kansas to Hondurus in matter of seconds. Wells is nowhere near that fast.

flash ran so fast it created a wind shear across all of the central city boarder and he traveled back in time. It's pretty close

I wouldn't say Reverse Flash is as fast as current Flash. Thawne can't break the time barrier. I'd probably give the fight to Clark.

There is literally no proof that Barry went lightspeed. If he was capable of that a random shapeshifter wouldn't have been kicking his teeth in.

All the promos for the show said faster than light and Stien stated that if barry were to break the time barrier he'd have to go faster than light.
