Revenge of Man vs Gods/Aliens

This is a merged DC Marvel Earth.

Tired of having to live with aliens and gods, or those under their influence who could destroy the earth on a whim, some of earth's greatest minds come together to remove the threat. They have full access to all of their wealth, tech, and their companies and countries wealth and tech. They are firmly committed to this task and Lex and Doom won't try and double cross the others until all of the threats are put down. They are willing to trade tech and knowledge of their opponents. Doom is his typical intelligence and does not start out with a cosmic cube or infinity gauntlet etc. Thor does not have Odin Force. No time travel. Humans Win by Death or BFR as long as BFR lasts at least a year. Humans get to use feats from pre-New 52. Aliens/Gods are all post 52. Normal Morals (Will settle for destroying Green Lantern ring)

i think team 2 only takes the first round, the others go to team 1 due to doom.

Man has it's revenge in all 4 rounds.

I'll say I think Man wins round 3 & 4, but 1 & 2 might not be enough time for dealing with vast superhuman strength/speed/telepathy/energy projection/mjolnir/phasing.
