Yes yes, another tourney. And while "make your own hero" isn't a new concept, this one gives you a list of powers and equipment (to keep things simple). So, let's go through the details.
You will have 1,000 points. Don't get excited, they will go quick. All of these points are to make one hero out of a choice of armor, helmets, powers, weapons, skills, ect.
8 people can make a hero. The eight will face off, one on one, in each round. The loser of every round will be eliminated. I chose 8 so there will only be 3 rounds.
The winner will be chosen by vote of the community. If it's a tie, THEY BOTH LOSE!!!! HAHAHAHA, no. I'll figure something out.
If you'd like to keep your hero a secret (so you can see their scared little faces when you face them) just PM it to me. In fact, I suggest everyone do that.
First come, first serve. If someone makes a hero too close to another, the second person will have to change it.
Now for the choices. I will explain some rules as we go. Your not forced to pick anything, but you can't pick the same thing twice. And if it doesn't make sense, somehow, then that's a padd'lin.

Armor only consist of durability and strength. You don't get the bells and whistles, sweetheart. Oh yeah, and I made up the stats off of how they will work with this tourney. Iron Man's suit is fairly weaker, for instance. So if anything is wrong, I probably don't care. Unless it's un-godly wrong, in which case feel free to share.

I just made this up :D So it may be iffyIf you chose to be a good boy, and not kill your opponent, just knock them out, you get an extra 100 points for the next round!
But if your facing a Wolverine knock off, don't tell me you knocked him out because you wanted to, instead of had too. In fact, tell me ahead of time if you plan on being a good guy.
This doesn't mean you HAVE to, just that you intended to.
Okay, I think that's it. Don't mock me horribly if something is screwy, just do it a little. I'd deserve it, of course it wont happen, but I'd deserve it if it did.
