Regarding the Reploid army, anyone who is or was a member of either the Maverick Hunters, Mavericks, Repliforce, or Red Alert (or have worked with one of these organisations) is a part of this army.

Only Reploids seen in the Mega Man X series are eligible.

Why do the Amazons win? To be honest, god-backed or not, I don't think that spears/bows & arrows will exactly be effective against entities made entirely of some type of metal. Also, there are plenty of Reploids that could solo the entire Amazon army, such as General from Mega Man X4. If you played Mega Man X4, you would see that not even X/Zero could completely destroy him. He was badly damaged but still very functional. Not to mention that Amazons are NOT immortal. If the Princess of the Amazons (Wonder Woman) can be killed, then of course the Amazon grunts are not exactly immortal either. Don't forget about X and Zero, either one could solo EVERYONE present in this rumble, Reploid and Amazon alike.
